Our authentic Caribbean BBQ dishes are cooked on large griddle plates or in the jerk smokers, all our jerk food is well marinated in our own freshly blended jerk past - with different marinades for each meat, then slow cooked on griddle plates giving it that Caribbean fresh authentic flavor - our food will transport your tast buds to the Caribbean and back in one bite!!

English BBQ options are also available to add, allowing us to cater for all types of people.

BBQ services can include the branded Caribbean food shack, uniformed chefs, food warmers, china or quality disposables, entertainment options are Dj playing Caribbean rhythms, reggae or themed, pan player(s) or vocal calypso band.
